We offer a range of shipping options, tailored to the size of the materials in your order.

• LTL Trucking (Less Than Truckload):
  • This is the most economical way to ship wood
  • For material on a palette less than 16’ in length
  • All flooring and paneling/siding: average cost $0.50 – $1.00 per sq. ft., depending on location
  • Beams less than 16′ in length (contact for pricing)
• Flatbed Truck:
  • For longer loads or large quantities
  • Shared flatbed: Good for most beam orders, flat rate regardless of weight
    • Rates: $1,500–$2,000 to the Midwest
    • $2,500–$3,500 to the East Coast
  • Dedicated flatbed: For very large orders, you get the whole truck
    • Rates: $2,500–$3,500 to the Midwest
    • $4,000–$6,000 to the East Coast
• Hotshot Trailer:
  • Dedicated smaller trailer, not a full 18-wheeler
  • Costs are similar to a shared flatbed
  • Can reach locations inaccessible to large trucks

Deliveries to California are significantly less expensive. When we provide a quote for your order, we will include shipping costs.

Lead times depend on the production schedule and the size of your order:

• Flooring and Siding orders 4-8+ weeks
• Beams 6-12+ weeks
• Some products are already prepared and ready to ship

We try to leave some room to accommodate shorter lead times. Large and custom orders may take longer to process.

When we provide a quote for your order, we will include more detailed lead times. If you have deadlines, please get in touch with us.

Yes. E&K Vintage Wood offers clients the opportunity to personalize their reclaimed wood selections by collaborating with representatives to tailor aspects such as plank size, color, and stain. This customization process ensures that each piece aligns with the client’s specific design preferences and project requirements.

A: If you know the details of your order we will need the following information which you can specify with our detailed Quote Request Form. You can also always reach out to our friendly staff who will be more than happy to assist you with your order.

In order to provide a quote, we need the following information:

Beams:

1. Size: For each beam, we need the external dimensions (Face Width, Side Height and Length)
2. Style: Hand Hewn, Rough Sawn, Resawn, Planed, or Weathered Grey
3. Type: Box or Solid
4. Quantity: The number of beams you are ordering

Flooring and Siding:

1. Size: Width, Thickness, Length
2. Style: Reclaimed Wood Flooring Product Name or Reclaimed Wood Siding Product Name
3. Type: Siding (Exterior) / Paneling (Interior) or Solid Flooring / Engineered Flooring
4. Quantity: Square Feet
5. Profile: T&G, Shiplap, Straight Edge, Nickel Gap, etc.

For the majority of our reclaimed wood products we have samples available that we can send you after you request a quote. Sometimes we will need to prepare samples for you. You can include a note in your Quote Request orreach out to us to obtain samples.

Through our network of suppliers, we have access to a wide range of materials. If you have a specific use case, or sizes that are not listed, we can most often find solutions that will work.

We do have a wide selection of our most popular products on our website. We also offer custom solutions. If you don’t see it, ask us. We may have it in stock or be able to produce it for you.
